Foods to avoid:

*Any food produced/ processed in a factory.

Sugar, bread, noodles & pastas, breakfast cereals, fruit juice, cheese, condensed milk, canned or dehydrated fruits, canned meat & fish, jams & jellies, refined oil etc.

Followers of Paleo diet allow themselves to have occasional indulgences in forms of healthy treats like dark chocolate, a glass of wine, a small bowl of rice, and so on.

Paleo diet is extremely healthy, consisting of the purest forms of food. This diet makes sure that only the good stuff goes in- no filler foods, no junks, no over-processed items. That’s why the quantity of food does not matter as much as is the case for other diets. You can eat as much as you like, and still lose weight because the carb and fat consumption is minimal.
